REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT CLINIC 2
NATIONAL SQUAD
Strength & Conditioning, Mobility and Activation
Session 1 – arrive 9 am, session 9:15 to 11:00 am
Session 2 – arrive 11:15 am, session 11:30 to 1:00 pm
Session 3 – arrive 1:30 pm, session 1:45 to 3:30 pm
This is land-based training. Wear comfortable gym clothing and trainers. Bring a roller, resistance bands and trigger ball.
Invites have been emailed to swimmers in the National, Age Development and Senior State Squads to attend clinic.
