Biomechanics for Swimming with Movement Improvement
Refer to https://fnqswimming.com.au/development/ for squad criteria.
The QT criteria will be the age the athelete is at the actual swimming event.
eg. if the swimmer is 12 now but will swim at the States as a 13 year old, then they need a 13 year old QT. Same for Nationals.
Swimmer will become eligible to join the Senior State Squad throughout the season as they turn 15 years old and satisfy the necessary QT.
